Enquiry and quote
You can leave an enquiry by phone, e-mail or the form. The price is set after an on-site check and agreed before the work starts.
Check and agreements
The exact price and scope of work are set after checking the window. All key terms are agreed with the client in advance.
Payment
The order and method of payment are agreed individually before the work starts. We don't charge hidden extras above the agreed sum without your consent.
Warranty and quality
We're responsible for the quality of the work done. Warranty terms depend on the type of work and materials and are agreed when the work is carried out.
Liability
AknaOnu isn't liable for hidden window defects the client didn't disclose, or for force majeure.
