Often yes, especially if the window is over 10 years old and the seal has never been replaced. But not always. First we check whether the cause is the seal, the closing pressure or something else. If the seal won't help, we say so before the work, not after.

From €25 per sash. The final price depends on the window size, profile and quantity. After an on-site check we give the exact price, and the check is free.

No. The window stays in place, the glass unit stays in. The work is done on site, replacing one sash takes about half an hour.

Q-Lon is a Schlegel polyurethane seal made for the northern climate. Unlike ordinary rubber it doesn't harden in the cold and works even years later.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Condensation forms when warm air meets a cold surface. Poor sealing can worsen it, then sealing helps. If the main cause is humidity, ventilation needs improving first.
