Why windows steam up
Condensation is moisture that settles on a cold surface. If the window lets cold in through a worn seal, the edge of the glass cools more and condensation forms more easily, then sealing helps. But if the room simply has high humidity and little ventilation, the air exchange needs improving first. We don't sell a seal replacement if it won't help you.

We replace the seal, adjust or repair the hardware. The window stays in place, the glass unit stays in. One sash takes about half an hour.
We check the result
After the work we check that the window closes evenly and the draught is gone. We give a warranty on the work done.
